3. We are here to help:   we aim to make hiring Respect the simplest, easiest decision you'll have to make in organising your event.  We know just how much work goes into organising the typical wedding or function, so our entire operation is geared towards making your life as easy as possible.  The band have just about seen it all in their 10 years together, and know that the actual event is often the culmination of a huge amount of effort .

4. Should you decide to hire the band, we will forward a copy of our standard contract amended to your specification which you will be asked to kindly verify and return along with a 30% deposit. This will permit us to reserve the date(s) for you.

5. You can of course contact us at any time to discuss any further need prior to your event.

Our quote would typically be for 2 hours of live music and 6 hours on site. This is usually ideal in 95% of our bookings, however, other arrangements are can be accomodated - please ask.
The band usually wear specially made stage clothing and a typical show involves several costume changes. If you have specific dress requirements, for example black tie, this can usually be accomodated if requested in advance.

As well as 10 musicians, the band consists of over 30,000 GBP worth of professional equipment. Our Mackie sound system and stage lighting caters for up to 200-500 guests. It is the perfect set-up for functions of small or average size. The band employs a sound engineer and manager to ensure a perfect sound for the event, and act as a liason with the event organiser.

On request we are able to play CD compilations in between our sets, and this is included in our fee. The band can also supply a fully professional DJ if required - ask for details.

We are only human and a typical show involves at least 8 hours work, so we request food and soft drinks for the band members and any crew, secured parking for the vehicles and a changing room. If this is not possible we will need to be informed on signing the contract in order to be able to make alternative arrangements.

The band have a comprehensive public liability insurance policy in the sum of 5 million pounds.  Click here to see the certificate.  All electrical equipment is PAT tested.  The fee we quote is the fee you pay, there are no hidden costs or extras.
